The ATM service includes feeding and maintenance services, where maintenance is carried out by specialized and trained teams (First Maintenance FLM) supported by engineers when needed. If engineers from specialized companies are involved, the maintenance is called (Second Maintenance 2nd LM). These teams also conduct security inspections of ATMs based on the client's needs.
